Payment Policy – Andamanazoon

At Andamanazoon, we ensure a secure and convenient payment experience for all our customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following payment terms:

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash at the time of delivery.

Online Payments: We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Mobile Wallets through secure payment gateways.

Wallet/Store Credit (if available): Refunds or promotional credits may be stored in your Andamanazoon wallet for future use.

2. Payment Security

All online transactions are processed through trusted and secure payment gateways with encryption.

We do not store your card, banking, or UPI details.

3. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders).

For COD orders, customers must ensure exact change at the time of delivery (where possible).

4. Refunds

Refunds (for cancellations, missing, or damaged items) will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the same account/wallet within 3–5 working days.

For COD orders, eligible refunds will be credited via UPI/Bank Transfer/Wallet within the same period.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide correct billing and payment details.

Any payment fraud, chargeback, or misuse will lead to cancellation of the order and possible blacklisting.
