1. Return Eligibility


Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, expired, missing, or incorrect at the time of delivery.


Fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, bread, and frozen items are non-returnable, unless delivered in spoiled or unusable condition.

2. Time Frame


Any return or refund request must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


Customers must share photo/video proof of the issue while raising a complaint.

3. Refund & Replacement


If the product is in stock, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


If replacement is not possible, we will process a refund to your original payment method or wallet within 3–5 working days.

4. Non-Returnable Items


Opened or used food packets.


Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bread).


Hygiene-related items (personal care, cleaning products, etc.).

5. Order Cancellation


Orders can be cancelled only before packing or dispatch.


Once an order is packed or out for delivery, cancellation will not be possible.
