We provide home delivery of grocery and daily essential items within the serviceable areas.
Product availability is subject to stock. If an item is unavailable, we may offer a substitute or cancel the item with a refund.

2. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed through our official contact number, app, or website.
Full payment must be made via cash on delivery (COD), UPI, card, or any other available method.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Delivery
Delivery time depends on location, order size, and availability.
We aim to deliver on the same day or next day, unless there are unavoidable delays.
Customers must provide the correct delivery address and contact details.

4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect, reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, bread, and frozen items are non-returnable, unless delivered spoiled.
Refunds will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is packed or out for delivery, cancellation will not be possible.
